NOTE: Use the cooking thermometer to ensure the water temperature falls within the range of 80-85 °C for 10-15secs. If the temperature is higher than 85°C, the mouthguard will become too soft, if the temperature is below 80 °C, it will not be soft enough. If put in the hot water over 15 secs, it will become too soft as well. Simply follow the included instructions.
Customizable Mouth Guard: Reazeal nighttime mouth guard for teeth grinding can be easily trimmed to your personal custom fit if needed.
Some might find it useful as sports guards which is not recommended though.
