How to heat & mold mouth guards
Bring a pot of water to a boil and remove from heat for one minute. Using a large metal spoon, fully immerse the heavy duty mouth guard into the water. Leave for 20 seconds (no longer than 25 seconds).
Remove mouth guard from pot and lay on a paper towel. After 3 seconds pick up the mouth guard and place it on the top row of teeth. Once secure, gently press upward with your thumbs to form a mold around your teeth. Then close your mouth and use a sucking sensation to create a tight fit.
